Interlingua was created in 2016 by a group of graduate students of the former Department of French, Italian and Spanish. In 2019, Samantha Carron and Elaheh Salehi Rizi re-established the journal aiming to provide an accessible platform for undergraduate and graduate students to gain experience in academic publishing.
Today, our journal proudly showcases the cross-cultural, cross-linguistic and investigative skills of our students. Following the expansion of our school, we welcome papers in Arabic, Chinese, Italian, French, German, Japanese, and Russian. We cover a wide range of fields that include Literature, Applied Linguistics, Film and Transcultural Studies.
Our editorial board is comprised of Graduate Students and Faculty Members passionate about fostering opportunities for students to become successful academic researchers and writers.
